Handmade Xmas Ornament swap - sent

I've finished the ornaments for the "Handmade Christmas Ornament" swap I coordinated on swap-bot! They've all been bundled up and sent to my partner, along with a few Spotlight xmas project sheets I thought she might like.

I hope they arrive safely, it's been pouring with rain the last few days and some real disasters have happened around the state. Luckily none have greatly affected my family and I, but we're praying for those who have been devastated by loss of life and property.

a merry lil xmas

Since Christmas is just around the corner, (it is! Just wait, before you know it, it'll be December, then it'll be...my cousins birthday...but that's not the point. Christmas will be here soon, mark my words!) and I love animals, here's my favourite desktop atm... thought I'd share! I think it came from the RSPCA website but I'm not sure as I've had it for so long.

Come on in, take a seat...

Ok, here we go -

My first post! On my first blog! *squeal* Do you have any idea how long I've been wanting to start a blog of my own? Oh ok, only about 6 months, but the point still stands - I'm excited!
I love crafting, animals and shopping, so this blog will mostly be about all my crafting, all my animals and all my shopping. Well ok maybe not all my shopping. I mean, we don't need to know about running down to the shops for a bottle of milk do we? We do?! Alright then! I'd run out of milk the other day so I... nah just kidding.

So anywho, here's some pictures of xmas/house ornaments I made for one of my swap-bot swaps. I made them in non-chrissy colours so they can be used all year round.

Here in Australia, we don't have halloween or thanksgiving, so this season (summer) is all about xmas for us, and quite frankly yes, throwing a shrimp on the barby. Even though I don't eat shrimp... hmmm
